The Luminous Solar PCU NXT 2kw can be used to harness the energy from solar panels and provide it to run household appliances. The capacity of the solar PCU is 2000VA and it can provide power output upto 2000W which means it can power most kinds of appliances other than air conditioners at the home or office. The NXT PCU is in-built with an MPPT type charge controller that enables you to harness higher amount of solar energy compared to a PWM based PCU. This PCU also enables simultaneous charging of batteries through both solar power and grid power. The NXT PCU comes with an additional feature to select the source priority for your loads based on your requirement. If you’re living in high power-cut regions then the source priority can be set as Solar, Grid & Battery (SGB) to ensure the batteries have enough energy that can be used during a grid outage, whereas if the power-cuts are not very frequent, then the priority can be set as Solar, Battery & Grid (SBG) to minimize the usage of grid power.

On the input side, solar panels upto 2200W can be connected to the NXT 2kw PCU and the in-built charge controller has a maximum capacity of 40A. The intelligent charging technology can save upto 8 to 9 units of electricity per day. The Luminous NXT 2kW solar PCU is a 48V inverter and needs to be connected to four external batteries in series.
